Sadie McGowan, Coach Sadie McGowan began her career in volleyball at Lena Winslow High School in Illinois. She played Varsity volleyball, basketball and track. She played Division III volleyball at Wartburg College in Iowa where during her Junior year her team rose to second in their conference. Sadie was the volleyball coach for Wartburg and Waverly Wellness Center from 2006 through 2009. Sadie has a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fitness Management and Physical Education. Sadie is CPR and AED Certified for children and adults. She is a ACSM and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. |
