This clinic will focus on ball control, serve receive, passing strategies and serving techniques. This clinic is appropriate for athletes in all positions with defensive knowledge that want to improve their skills. Key concepts taught include ball control, directing, movement, reading hitters, floor recovery and coverage. The clinic will also include Jump Serving form and technique.

This clinic will focus on a combination of hitting and setting strategies and techniques. The Hitter/Setter combo clinics are for setters and all hitting positions (OH, MB, RS). Key concepts explored include reading the block, hitting options, net relativity, timing, transition setting, tempo setting, court control and footwork.

Get ready for school tryouts! This clinic is designed to prepare athletes for middle school tryouts. The clinic will focus on passing, hitting and serving. We recommend attending both clinics to get the maximum benefit before tryouts. Athletes are separated by age group.
