Coach T is a Cooper Certified Personal Trainer and an NCSF Certified Sports Nutritionist. She has worked with youth athletes to college athletes for over 4 years preparing them for their upcoming seasons. As an ex college soccer player and competitive power lifter she understands the importance of sport specific training. She specializes in preventative measure training, giving her athletes not only the base to be the best athlete they can be, but also the strongest athlete they can be.

Hailey Erickson
Athletic Trainer & Coach
In high school, Coach Hailey loved working in the weight room and creating a culture. She was part of a team that bought into being a whole athlete: on the court, in the weight room, and in the classroom. After falling in love with the weight room, she assisted with strength and conditioning at Prince of Peace High School before going to college. In college, Erickson assisted with strength and conditioning with another club. Post college, she wanted to branch out into group fitness, so she taught H.I.I.T and bootcamps at Anytime Fitness. Erickson currently works as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Greenhill School creating programs to make sure that the athletes spend more time in sports and less time with the trainers.
Michelle Quina
Michelle joins Excel Volleyball this season with more than 15 years of coaching and playing experience. She is excited to be the assistant coach for our 15 Red team this year!
