Excel is excited to kickoff our e-Fit program for the 2020-2021 Volleyball Club Season. eFit is a volleyball-specific program for athletes 12 and over. eFit will focus on functional training to enhance movement and physical demands on the court. Our program will develop athletes through resistance, plyometrics, speed-ladder and body-weight training. Athletes will be instructed in proper mechanics to optimize movement for maximum results and injury prevention. The focus of the workouts will be to strengthen core, increase balance and agility, improve vertical, and strengthen the athletes form to prevent injury.
Our program is led by an experienced group and personal trainer, Ashton Williams. Ashton joins us from Lifetime Fitness. Our experienced sports trainer will push athletes physically to help them better meet their goals on the court. The training sessions will be offered in an energetic and fun motivational team environment. eFit is open to all EXCEL athletes. The sessions last 45 - 60 minutes.
Session I: September 20th-October 10th
Session II: October 19th - November 15th
Session III: November 29th-December 30th
Sunday's 2:00PM-3:00PM, 3:00-4:00PM
Monday - Thursday, 6:30-7:30PM
