Justin is a devoted trainer of skills and mechanics. He often makes his mark with the development of offensive shots and teaching players to make plays out of system. Justin's demeanor, as well as his hair, rarely change providing stability for his teams. Justin began playing volleyball at the University of Texas in Austin where he competed on the club volleyball team. He continues to compete today playing as an Outside Hitter or Libero competitively.
