e-Fit Sports Performance Academy - Early Summer

If your child/athlete is looking to take their training to a higher level this is the program to do it.  The challenge will be there physically but also mentally.   The academy will make your athlete stronger, quicker and more agile.  They will finish with a better grasp on training and will be on their way to becoming the athlete they have the potential to be! 

e-Fit Academy is a high level offseason training program with 3 phases:

Phase 1: Foundational Strength, Force Production, Mobility, Durability, and Stability.

Phase 2: Developing & building Muscle/ Strength, Pushing Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Vertical.

Phase 3: De-loading, Durability, Conditioning, Season/Play ready.


Ages:  14s-18s (girls & boys)

Level:  Intermediate to Advanced

Dates:  May 31st - June 25  (5 Weeks)


  • 4 Weeks 
  • 1.5 - hour sessions
  • 3-4 days per week.   Athlete's Choice, Monday - Friday:  8:00AM-9:00AM, 10:30AM-noon or 1:00PM-2:30PM

  • $30 for walk-in single sessions
